Once submitted, your application will be automatically forwarded to the Solar System Ambassadors Program office. Once the form is received, a confirmation notice will be emailed to the address provided in your application. This confirmation notice may be printed and/or saved for your records.

All information provided in this application is confidential and will be used strictly for the purpose of administering the program. It will not be distributed externally for commercial use.
Note: Internet access and an email address are required for selection as a Solar System Ambassador. Only the Ambassador's name, city, state, zip code, photo and biography will be listed on the public web site. This listing is intended to aid in advertising the Solar System Ambassador's availability to conduct public events in his/her local community.
