 Andy has been a NASA volunter since 1997 and a JPL/NASA
Solar System Ambassador for the past 5 years. He has a Degree in
Electrical Engineering and has worked as a Medical Imaging Engineer
for 32 years. He is NASA Lunar Rock Kit Demonstration Certified, and
a member of The Astronomical Society of New Haven. He is presently
working on a 15 1/2" Dobsonian public outreach telescope, and public
outreach Astronomy & Space Exploration Radio/Podcast shows for kids
& the adults. In his spare time, Andy enjoys spending time with his
family, educating the public in science and astronomy, and designing
& building public outreach telescopes.
