 I've
been lecturing on one topic or another for the past
twenty years but nothing has been more exhilarating
than the lectures, demonstrations, and activities I
have devised and shared with the public because of the
Solar System Ambassador Program. I started out an Advanced
Placement Physics student and got attracted to the world
of business, becoming a business technology specialist.
Of all science topics I've always been most taken with
planetary studies, attempting to soak up every known
fact and help others make sense of it. As Director of
the Long Island Museum of Science & Technology,
I have been able to take advantage of a unique opportunity
to create a solar system activity program with the kind
of science and technology outreach visibility we have
not seen in Nassau County for over a dozen years.
