Photo of Ambassador Bess Amaral Bess Amaral has worked in education for over 35 years as a planetarium, science, and math teacher and continues to share her enthusiasm for the space program through her work in local schools and in community "Astronomy for Adults" monthly programs. Bess is available for youth or adult groups, assemblies, workshops, telescope sessions, and hands-on astronomy events.
