Caroline Carson is a conductor and a space science enthusiast. She is the Director of Choral Activities at The University of New Orleans, Director of Music at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Louisiana ACDA's Repertoire & Standards Committee Chair for Ethnic & Multicultural choirs, and assistant conductor of the NOLA Civic Symphony. She sings professionally with three local choral groups. A motivating clinician and speaker, she enjoys connecting with and informing the choral community as well as creating New Orleans' first Brazilian music festival. Caroline's enthusiastic interest in space has been with her throughout her life and she has always found ways to incorporate science into musical presentations. She believes everyone should have a sense of awareness and wonder about the universe, the Milky Way, and our solar system. She finds herself staring up into space for hours on end, wondering about space, black holes, and inspiring people of all ages.
