 Cathy Williamson has taught for thirty-four years and is currently the Educational Coordinator at Sci-Port Discovery Center. Previously she taught high school biology and physical science. Her love for space was first ignited when she attended a NASA Educator's Wokshop in 2002. From here, Cathy went on to help Broadmoor Middle Lab School and C. E. Byrd High School become a NASA Explorer School. She is serving her second year as a MESSENGER Fellow. Cathy has seen how space can excite and inspire students and teachers and she enjoys sharing this passion with anyone who will listen.
