	Biographical Information:
	Chuck Quintero is a Radar Systems Architect with Lockheed Martin. He received his BS degree in Materials Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with emphasis on semiconductor technology, and his MSEE from the University of Pennsylvania, with emphasis on Antenna Systems. Chuck has been interested in astronomy since childhood, and currently is the Chief Architect of the LM Space Fence design team. He has received two patents on antenna technology, and written papers for various radar and space control conferences.
