Biographical

 |
 Charles
Dugan Jr. was born Rome New York. He graduated from
the University of Arizona in 1979 with BSBA in MIS.
Chuck is a past member of Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association
and a continuing contributor to Project ASTRO acting
as the astronomy resource for teachers and students
in Southern Arizona communities. Chuck currently is
employed at Kitt Peak National Observatory where he
brings astronomy to the public on a nightly basis in
the Nightly Observing Program.
