Biographical Information:

 

 
Photo of AmbassadorDr. Daniel Holland is a Space Plasma Physicist and an Associate Professor of Physics at Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, where he has taught for the past nine years. His current research focuses observational signatures of nonlinear particle dynamics in the meso-scale magnetic field structures. His work employs both computational modeling and analysis of satellite data. Prior to coming to ISU, Dr. Holland was a National Research Council Research Associate at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC.
