Biographical

 |
Darin
Stephens has had an unending interest in astronomy and
space since he was a young boy growing up in rural Iowa.
Because of that interest in astronomy, he pursued his
degree in physics. Darin has worked at NASA's Goddard
Space Flight Center's Lab for Extraterrestrial Physics--Planetary
Systems Branch. His experience in astronomy has led
him to communicate the wonder and reverence that he
has for our solar system and our place in it. Through
the Solar System Ambassadors Program he enjoys presenting
the solar system and the space programs exploring it
to the public in an attempt to inspire an interest that
will further our education of the universe as a society.
