David Cohn currently serves as director of the Educational
Projects Network, a New York-based educational outreach and
consulting firm. He formerly served as the Director of the Tupper
Planetarium and as Coordinator of the Public Observatory Project for
the New York Hall of Science. He holds a Masters degree in Astronomy
from the University of Western Sydney and a BS in Biomedical
Photographic Communications from Rochester Institute of Technology.
David is also involved in coordinated educational outreach efforts
with NASA/JPL and numerous community based organizations. His
program portfolio focuses on direct community based action to foster
science literacy, public awareness, and inquiry-based learning in a
variety of disciplines not limited to science.
