Debra Evans is a 16-year veteran high school science and English Teacher. She is a 2004 Nationally Board Certified Teacher in high school science and an avid NASA space enthusiast. Deb helped to start an astronomy club at the local high school and is a promoter of aerospace education in all classes and grade levels! She often presents at Oklahoma and National teacher conferences about the excitement of space. Deb is also the proud mother of two wonderful children: Alicia, age 15, and Robert, age 9. Deb's proudest moment came when her son announced that he "wants to be a science teacher, 'cause they have more fun!"
