Doctor (Lt Col) Dietrich P. Whisennand, Civil Air Patrol, was born in Houston, Texas and currently lives in Dallas. He is a naturopath in private practice and a retired Chief of Police. He is a member of the Civil Air Patrol, US Army Reserve, and Boy Scouts of America. His education includes an AAS from CCAF, a BS from Excelsior college, and an ND from Trinity College, as well as graduating from the Army Combined Arms and Services Staff School and The Air Command and Staff College.
