Biographical Information:

Photo of Ambassador Earl Towson A retired aerospace engineer with a lifelong love of astronomy and space that enjoys working with young people. In the past he designed rocket sleds and helped us go into space; he helped build a stronger technical Navy and to win the cold war; he dreamed of the future and built computer models to plan for it. Now he comes with a crusade: to show that science is both fun and interesting and that the really good stuff is still ahead of us.

Active Board Member of the Mount Laguna Observatory Associates with San Diego State University. Sweepstakes Judge San Diego Science and Engineering Fair. Participant in the San Diego Project ASTRO program sponsored by the ASP.
