Earle Kyle is a high-tech product/business development consultant who's always dreamed of going to Mars since reading Werner Von Braun's space articles. A former military/aerospace engineer/physicist with postgraduate work in business administration from the University of Minnesota; his designs have flown on Apollo manned moon missions, Skylab, Orbiting Solar Observatory, Delta rockets, and the SR-71 Blackbird.
He formerly directed Carnegie-Mellon University Research Institute Applied Systems Division in: chemical/biological warfare sensors, optoelectronics/imaging, and biomedical devices such as Alcoa Foundation's speech communications system for cerebral palsy. He's consulted with Northstar Research Institute, Collins Radio, Goodyear Aerospace, Honeywell, NASA, DARPA, Institute for Defense Analysis, and the senate space shuttle advisory committee.
He's served as: director biophysical research Litton Systems; chief quality officer Xerox Electronic/Publishing Division; director marketing/strategic planning UFO Systems; senior physicist 3M Central Research; vice president Minnesota Sentinel Publishing; and president Minds for Progress (a non-profit corporation promoting space careers for inner city youngsters).
