Earle Kyle is a high-tech product/business development consultant who's always dreamed of going to Mars since reading Werner Von Braun's space articles. A former military/aerospace engineer/physicist with postgraduate work in business administration from the University of Minnesota; his designs have flown on Apollo manned moon missions, Skylab, Orbiting Solar Observatory, Delta rockets, and the SR-71 Blackbird.
He formerly directed Carnegie-Mellon University Research Institute Applied Systems Division in: chemical/biological warfare sensors, optoelectronics/imaging, and biomedical devices such as Alcoa Foundation's speech communications system for cerebral palsy. He's consulted with aerospace companies, NASA, DARPA, Institute for Defense Analysis, and the senate space shuttle advisory committee.
