Eva Gallant is a small business/restaurant owner in southern Rhode Island. A constant curiosity and love of science and outer space provide an outlet and change of pace from daily work stress and life. One day, Eva hopes to go back to school for a graduate degree in an engineering field, but until then she shares her passion with her family and those friends around her who show an interest, frequently volunteering her time in the local school system to work with elementary aged children.
