My
love affair with astronomy began in postwar Berlin.
With the skies blacked out, it appeared that the Milky
Way was close enough to touch. During the following
years, I have tried to pass on this feeling of "kinship
to the stars" to others.
Born
in Berlin, Germany. Received BA in Science Communication
from UW-Green Bay in 1991. MS in Space Studies from
U. of N. Dakota in 2000. Currently teaching a course
called "Frontiers of Space" at Lakeland College.
I
teach Astronomy Lab at the University of Wisconsin -
Sheboygan, and "Frontiers of Space" at Lakeland
College.
