 Co-founder of the StarGarden Foundation in 1999, Jen Dudley Winter has been promoting astronomy through outreach since 1999. She owns and webmasters the popular website, www.ICSTARS.com.
Jen organizes international events such as the Southern Skies Star Party in Bolivia and expeditions to witness total Solar Eclipses anywhere from the Sahara to Antarctica, where she brings outreach and education around the world, wherever she and her groups travel.
Jen owns and operates DayStar Filters, manufacturing narrow bandpass Solar Filters, where she advises and consults in observational solar astronomy around the world.
At her ranch, she also operates the Charles Douglas Observatory, open regularly for public nights and special events. Jen is an avid space enthusiast and has joined those taking 'steps to space', with cosmonauts in Zero Gravity space flight training.
