I am an applications software developer with a company in the Tampa Bay area. I have been an amateur astronomer since the early 1980s and have enjoy reading and watching science fiction and fantasy for many years before that. I am active in my church and my local museum, the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) and I am also a member of a local vocal ensemble that performs in the Tampa Bay area. I enjoy sharing the knowledge that I aquire with others. I enjoy speaking, providing information on various topics, and helping to equip others to provide that information as well. My presentation subjects vary from general astronomy to amateur astronomy to specific subjects such as meteors, meteorites and tektits, and various space exploration missions, both current and historical. With enough advance notice, I am willing to research various topics for presentation, which I often do for my astronomy club.
