	Biographical Information:
	Joe Bruce received a BA in Secondary Science Education from Central Washington University in 1981. He has been a member of the Planetary Society, the National Space Society and Rotary Club 21, Spokane. He is an educator, lecturer and artist who offers programs in Washington and Idaho.
