John
Beasley is strong supporter of our Nation's space program,
and an Eagle Scout who enjoys teaching the space, aviation
and astronomy merit badges. His hobbies include photography,
camping and flying.
John
holds a commercial pilot and aircraft dispatcher license.
His space shuttle and aircraft photos have appeared
in the magazine publication, Aviation Week and Space
Technology's annual photo contest and he won third place
one year for photo taken of the STS-84 launch. John
periodically submits articles to local newspaper that
appear in their editorial section in support of not
only our space program, but brings remembrance to those
who helped our space program to arrive where it is today
by placing emphasis on our children stressing to them
to stay in school and reach for the stars!
