In
addition to 30-years as an Environmental Consultant
(see original application), I am actively involved as
Secretary/Treasurer/Board Member with a non-profit company
newly incorporated in the State
of Arizona-Minor Planet Research, Inc. We recently
submitted a proposal to the National Optical Astronomy
Observatories for use of the 0.9 Meter Telescope at
the Kitt Peak National Observatory. The intent is the
study of Near Earth Objects (NEOs), primarily Near Earth
Asteroids (NEAs). Two other Board members are Dr. Carolyn
Shoemaker and David H. Levy, long time veterans of the
discovery of hundreds of these objects, including Shoemaker-Levy
