Dr. Kristine Larsen has taught astronomy at Central Connecticut State University since 1989. During that time, she has been deeply involved in community outreach in astronomy as well as work with amateur astronomical groups, such as the Springfield Telescope Makers. She is also the author of two popular-level books, "Stephen Hawking, a Biography" and "Cosmology 101."
