Mellie
Lewis graduated from the University of Arizona, Tucson
with a B.A. in Elementary Education and M.S. in Elementary
Education with a specialization in science. She completed
the "Teaching the Talented Program" at the
University of Connecticut as part of the requirements
for a 6th year diploma.
Mellie has been a Gifted and Talented Resource Teacher
in the Howard County Public Schools for the past sixteen
years. She especially enjoys introducing her students
to space exploration.
