Lieutenant
Michael A. Harrigan is Chief, PARCS/ESPT and Active
Space Surveillance Training, 533d Training Squadron,
381st Training Group, Air Education and Training Command,
VAFB, California. The unit provides early warning and
space surveillance training to the world's premier space
sensor operators.
Lieutenant Harrigan enlisted in the Air Force in July
1992 as a Ground Radio Maintenance Technician. As a
Staff Sergeant, he was selected for an Air Force OTS
position received his commission in July 00. Lt Harrigan
has served as a Radio Maintenance Technician, Scope
Signal III Maintenance Supervisor, and Missile Warning
Crew Commander. Upon completion of his Missile Warning
Crew Commander tour, he assumed his current position
of Chief of PARCS/ESPT and Active Space Surveillance
Training.
Lieutenant Harrigan and his wife, Mae, have two boys,
Zachary and Zane, and two daughters, Zoe and Zia.
