Photo of AmbassadorPatsy Patten is a public relations professional in the Dallas metroplex. She has been an amateur astronomer since she took a trip to the planetarium at age nine. Patsy is the vice president of the Texas Astronomical Society of Dallas, the largest amateur club in the US, for which she secures speakers for the monthly general meetings. She is now beginning her seventh term as vice president for the club and has been a member since 1990. Patsy loves all aspects of space research and feels that both robotic and human missions are vital to our nation.
