 Patty Mayer is the outreach coordinator for the Treasure Coast Astronomical Society, and loves to share her passion for the night sky as often as she can. She works closely with the Hallstrom Planetarium doing viewings before, during and after the shows. Patty wishes she had more time to visit classrooms and share astronomy and space exploration with the students and teachers.
She says her "perfect job" would be to travel to campgrounds around the country, get out her telescope and just share the view with all who come by.
Patty is the mother of two wonderful daughters, one serving in the US Navy as an corpsman (Aerospace Medical Tech), married and mother of one beautiful daughter. The other works in a law firm and is the mother of a great little boy.
