Struck by the awe and beauty of astronomy and cosmology, Rachael was led to volunteer at Perkins Observatory and Center of Science and Industry (COSI) in Columbus, and to observe as a hobby.
Rachael loves to help others understand more about astronomy and kindle excitement for extraterrestrial contemplation, which is why she loves her role as an Ambassador. She's currently active as an Ambassador in both Columbus, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
