Biographical Information:

Photo of AmbassadorRoss Tucker is a 20 year old Physics major at Arizona State University. He has been doing space presentations for schools, and the general public, for over 8 years. His 3/4/5th grade teacher inspired his love of learning and space and was the impetus to write a successful grant to observe the FL launch of the Mars Pathfinder. He's presented at Johnson Space Center as well as to thousands of school children in AZ and CA, and was invited by NASA to witness the launch of STS-95, John Glenn's return to space.

Discovering a few days before the launch of the first crew to the ISS in 2001 that Commander, Bill Shepherd, was an alumnus of his high school, Ross built an amateur radio station at his school, taught classes to license other club members, and petitioned NASA for a last minute, successful contact with Commander Shepherd aboard the station.
