Steve Sande is a computer consultant, author and trainer who really wishes he had been an astronaut. Born just 10 days before the launch of Sputnik, Steve has had his head in the stars ever since. A lifelong amateur astronomer who has followed manned and unmanned space missions with a passion, he has also launched model rockets for almost forty years while his wife of 28 years, Barb, has launched REAL rockets. When he's not out using GPS technology to geocache AND keep from getting lost, Steve tries to keep in contact with the International Space Station via amateur radio. He is call sign KC0EZH.
