Tony Urzi was first introduced to astronomy as a boy scout. The first constellations he viewed were Orion and M45 the Pleiades. In 1978, Tony joined the U.S. Navy where he studied electronics. After leaving the Navy in 1984, he went to work in the fields of communications and electronics. In 2004, he joined the Central Florida Astronomical Society where his interest in Astronomy was rekindled.
