Here are two pictures of Comet Hale-Bopp. They are both the same picture taken on February 8, 1997 at c.5:10 am EST using a Nikon FM camera with a Tokina 70-210mm zoom lens wide open at f/4 and the lens set to about 200mm. The second picture is a close up of the comet using Photoshop to enlarge and crop the picture.
