Observer: Steven Alred
Location: White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico
Date: April 7, 1997
Here is a picture of the comet I took on the night of 7 april. I used a nikon 8008 with a 28mm lens @ f2.8 and kodak 1600 asa film at 15 seconds. The yucca was lite with an sb25 flash. The location was White Sands Missile Range the night of the last Terrier Black Brant firing to photograph the comet from space.
