1. 25 x 20 second exposures of Hale Bopp, taken through a Lumicon Swann Band filter have been combined and processed to give this image of Hale Bopp. Images taken between 00:47 and 01:10 UT using an SBIG ST8 CCD camera in medium resolution mode (18 micron pixels) Image taken through a 12 inch f5 Maksutov, field of view approximagely 0.3 degrees x 0.2 degrees.

2. 10 x 5 second exposures of Hale Bopp, taken through a Lumicon Swann Band filter have been combined and processed to give this image of Hale Bopp. Images taken between 00:42 and 00:45 UT using an SBIG ST8 CCD camera in medium resolution mode (18 micron pixels). This is the raw combined image. Note the 'double nucleus'. Note also the single star image, which shows there was no telescope motion or mis-alignment between frames.

3. 25 x 20 second exposures of Hale Bopp, taken through a Lumicon Swann Band filter have been processed using a rotational gradient filter, with rotation 10 degrees and amplification 10. Images obtained using 12 inch Maksutov, with SBIG ST8 CCD working in medium resolution mode (18 micron Pixels) Images obtained between 00:47 and 01:10 UT.
