Image of the comet Hale Bopp taken on February 10 with a Takahashi 102 mm f/6, exp. 8', and Kodak Express Gold 400 II hyper. from Col Drusci\150 Observatory (Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy) 1780 mt. The authors are: Alessandro Dimai, Orsola and Carlo Ferrigno (10/2) The comet was of magnitude 1.4 an ion tail of ~5 degrees naked eye visible and a diffuse dust tail of ~2 deg. The Deep Sky Object near Hale Bopp is the planetary nebula M 27 in Vulpecula.
