Two images of the comet Hale Bopp taken on March 13.16 with a Takahashi 102 mm f/6, exp. 6' (Kodak Express Gold 400 II hyper.), Tele 300 mm f/2.8, exp. 4' from Col Druscie Observatory. The authors are: Alessandro Dimai, Davide Ghirardo and Renzo Volcan (Astronomical Association of Cortina) The comet was of magnitude -0.6 with a naked eye visible ion tail of ~15 deg. and a diffuse dust tail of ~7 deg.
