Four images of the Hale Bopp comet taken on April 07. The 1st image was taken with a 300 mm lens f/2.8, exp. 3', the 2nd with a Takahashi 600 mm f/6 and 6' exp., the 3rd image with a 50 mm f/1.7 and 30" exp. and the 4th image with a 35 mm f2.8 lens with the comet over the "Tofana di Rozes" (3224 mt.). All images were taken from Col Druscie Observatory. The authors are: Alessandro Dimai, Renzo Volcan and Davide Ghirardo (A stronomical Association of Cortina). The comet was of magnitude -0.5 with a naked eye visible ion tail of 14 deg. and a diffuse and bright dust tail of ~17 deg.
