The autors are: Alessandro Dimai and Davide Ghirardo The comet was of magnitude 1.7 with an ion tail of ~5 deg. naked eye visible and a diffuse dust tail of ~2 deg. The Deep Sky Object near Hale Bopp in the globular cluster M 71 in Sagitta.
