This is a picture of Hale-Bopp taken at the Mt Megantic observatory, Quebec during the night of the February 9 soon after sunset. This is a picture of the observatory and the comet. I used Fujicolor Super G Plus 800 with an unguided 28 mm f/3.5 and the exposure time was about 50 sec.
