C/1995 O1 Hale-Bopp 300 sec exposure 1996 Feb 18.74907 (17.59 UT). North is
up in this 15' X 13.5' field, scaled down 2X here. False colour palette has
been applied and the contrast set very high to show inner and outer coma
detail plus the extremely faint extension to the South West.
Taken with a 25cm f/4.1 Newtonian and HI-SIS 22 CCD from Loomberah
NSW Australia.
