Negative and false color images of Comet Hale-Bopp. The image was taken with my 180mm f/9 refractor and ST-8 ccd camera. The mean time of exposure was 09:40 UT on 4/28/96. The image is the result of (20) 30 sec exposures. The image scale is just under 30 min across.
