This video of comet Hyakutake is composed of one hundred 5 second exposures in sequence. The exposures were made at one minute intervals with the first taken on 04/03/1996 at 01:43:24 UT. The last exposure was taken at 04/03/1996 03:03:08 UT. The images were obtained with a 30 cm reflector working at f/7.3 and ST6 CCD camera.
Each frame was enhanced to show the jets of the comet.
The video has been reduced in file size and Zipped for presentation on the internet. The file is an AVI, so unzip and view..
