The peculiar trend in the uncertainties is due to the close Earth approach on
March 25 and the extreme high declinations on March 27.  On March 27th, the
right ascension values swing through an extraordinary arc.  Observers should
note that the RA values on the 27th will be relatively uncertain.  One sigma
positional uncertainties for selected dates follow:
