Tri-color CCD shot that we took last night (March 23rd) at about midnight. We used the standard R:G:B=1:3:5 exposure time, and used hidden image to remove noise and sharpen a bit. It came out pretty blue... ah well.
We had a lot of people coming to the observatory last night to look at it. It was fun to explain what (little) we know! :) It was certainly spectacular.
Clouds seem to be coming in pretty fast tonight. (Ack! Cover the lens!) :)
