I took a picture of Comet Hyakutake with a QuickCam!

This image of Comet Hyakutake was taken about 01:00 PST on Mar. 22 from San Francisco. Ten 2 second exposures were made with a Connectix QuickCam taped onto the eyepiece of Celestron 11x80 binoculars. The ten images were then combined and aligned using the layers feature of Photoshop 3.0. Finally, I adjusted the brightness and contrast.

Not spectacular, but better than I ever hoped for.
