I go to the Mt. Sobaek on Feb 19. and I observing the Comet Hale-Bopp. I observed with Fujinon 40X150 Bino. Comet was very fantastic. Central region just like broad fan. Ion tail was decreased, but dust tail was more inlarged. Ion tail was 2.0deg in PA 300 deg, dust tail was 3.0 deg or more in PA 260 deg Drawing of the comet with Fujinon 40X150 Bino. The Field of View is 1.7 deg.
