Took the comet with some different cactus and in subsequent photos from this day I got creative. To get the perspective that the cactus were so tall I was sitting on the ground and had the camera tilted upwards.

To Highlight the cactus I used a small handheld flashlight. To get the perspective that the cactus were so tall I was sitting on the ground and had the camera tilted upwards.

The saguaro and octillo are silhouetted in this picture.. the Ion tail of the comet is also still visible. I know you are probably getting sick and tired of the cactus but are neat.
24K
The ion tail is still visible and teh unsymetrical cactus looks like it trying to reach out and touch or grasp the comet itself.

Pentax P30T tripod mounted, with a 50mm F2.0 lens set at F2.8 for 15-30 seconds, and 1600 ASA Fugicolor film. Ion tail is still visible and this photo was taken while there was still an afterglow of the sunset...
