Observer: John Williams
Location: Payson, Arizona
Date: March 3, 1997
The one with the windmill was taken by a friend of mine, John Williams, near Payson Arizona on the Mogollon rim... it was taken with a Pentax P30T with a 50mm lens at F2.0 for 20 sec. using fugicolor 1600 asa film I believe it was taken early in march but am not sure as to what date it was.
