The photos were taken on March 24th at about 8pm (Japan Standard Time) in the town of Aso, Kyushu, Japan. Aso is at the foot of the largest active volcano in the world. It is located in the center of Kyushu, one of the 4 main islands of Japan. I used Fujicolor ASA400 film with about a 20 second exposure for each photo. The house in 3 of the photos was just to the right of the field (possibly a rice-field) in the one photo.
