Galileo Image of Jupiter's Great Red Spot

Jupiter's atmosphere in the 756 nm filter of the Galileo imaging system. The image is centered at planetographic latitude - 15 and west longitude 320, and is the north center part of a six-frame mosaic of the Great Red Spot. Each pixel subtends a square 30 km on a side. North is at the top. The universal time is 14 hours, 30 minutes, 37 seconds on June 26, 1996.
